What I like

Here's what I love about the subcompact Niro crossover hybrid - it combines total functional utility with hybrid efficiency. They have made 303 horsepower engine work in conjunction with the 43 horsepower Tractive motor together the hybrid powertrain producing 139 horsepower and 195 pound-feet of torque. The power goes through a 6 speed dual clutch transmission and the whole system is brought together with a compact and lightweight 1.56 kilowatt lithium ion polymer battery that is located underneath the rear seat. Due to the size of the battery the engineers were able to downsize the gasoline engine and maximize the fuel economy to reduce emissions. The Niro also comes with blind spot detection, rear cross-traffic alert, lane change assist, smart cruise control, lane departure warning and autonomous emergency braking. The lane departure warning system has been updated to keep lane keeping assist with driver attention alert for the 2018 model. The Niro provides a spacious cab interior with plenty of legroom in all spots and the roofline is taller so that means there's enough headroom for somebody up to 6 feet 2 inches tall! The Niro is an aesthetically pleasing vehicle and it's can do battle with the Toyota Prius and the Ford C-Max Hybrid. Niro has the components to be a big player
